Still no Power Cord, yet so much is going on in the Kuehl Household

When we got Daisy, we hoped have a kitten would bring out the "motherly instinct" in Dixie. It hasn't. Inster it's brought out the tiger in Dixie. There are times when she does a half growl, half meow, it sounds so much like a tiger. She bites at Daisy and swats at her. It has us worried.

Add to that the fact that Daisy seems to be going through heat, AGAIN!! It's so annoying. Last night Ryan was trying to take a nap and I was reading, and Daisy was running around the house meowing and moaning. And whenever she walked by Dixie, Dixie would growl at her. Grrr!

Anyway, speaking of books... Ryan had gone to Moody Bible College for Founders Week. They were giving out free books. Ryan got me an advanced copy of The Missionary. It's not out until March. I wanted to get it done before then. I wasn't sure I would get through it in time. Well, it got really interesting and I can't put it down. I was so stressed about the outcome, I read the ending. I admit it, I cheated. I should finish it tonight. :o)
